Shipping Information

We process and ship orders quickly to ensure your ChromaVantis supplements arrive fresh and ready to use.

Processing Time

Most U.S.-based orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 2–3 weeks (standard international mail)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.


International Shipping

International (non-USA) orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Returns

At ChromaVantis, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund (excluding original shipping charges) or a replacement product, subject to the guidelines below.


Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All returns require prior authorization.

Please do not send back any product without receiving return authorization first.


How to Request a Return Authorization

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used supplement products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items marked as final sale

This policy ensures product integrity and customer safety.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The product

  • The shipping label

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, ChromaVantis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:

  1. Confirm your shipping address.

  2. Check with neighbors or your local carrier.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.


Temperature Advisory

Some ChromaVantis supplements may be sensitive to extreme heat conditions during transit. While we package products carefully, we are not responsible for melting or heat-related damage caused by prolonged exposure after delivery.

We recommend retrieving packages promptly and selecting expedited shipping during warmer months.


Right to Refuse Orders

ChromaVantis reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
